Suffolk Primary Health, formerly United Comprehensive Care, is under new management with new staff bringing the Highest quality healthcare to Riverhead and Suffolk County. We offer Family Medicine and Psychiatry with new physicians, equipment, and furnishings, our goal is to give our patients the best care available. Conveniently located in Peconic Plaza at 170 Old Country Road in Riverhead, (next to the DMV) our facility offers ample parking, with a comfortable waiting room, featuring a flat screen tv and wireless internet. With newly renovated treatment rooms and exceptional staff, Suffolk Primary Health is the East-end’s Premier Medical Facility for all your Healthcare needs.

Dr. Jose Ignacio Rodriguez-Ospina

  • Dr. Jose Ignacio Rodriguez-Ospina was born in Medellin, Colombia and came to the United States at the young age of 13. He lived in Astoria Queens, New York. He attended: Bryant HS Pre-Med at NYU Medical School Guaralajara Mexico Internship at NY Medical College Vallhala, NY. Residency at Catholic Medical Center at Cornell. University of Cheng Du in China (Traditional) Post Grad Studies at Harvard Actively practicing Medicine for over 29 years. A Family Medicine Specialist is an Internal medicine Physician and a Pediatrician combined into one Speciatly, conveniently allowing the entire family to be seen in one place.
